What can I say, I like my sleep.

6am came and went this morning.

I stayed in bed.

I know I should have gotten up but I just couldn't do it.

Maybe I can go to the gym this afternoon before dinner. If not I think aiming for 3-4times a week is a pretty good goal.

As a side note, I told my co-worker that I went and worked-out at 6am and she asked if I was sick.
