Kids 3?---Parents 0

Here is the new Sprint commercial:

Why, you may ask is this blog-worthy?

The commercial in-and-of-itself is really not so note worthy. However the conversation that ensued in my home with The Kid is crying to be blogged.

As our regular scheduled programing had been interrupted with commercials I heard my daughter reply: "I guess I would be in the 26th percentile". (at this point if you haven't watched the clip you need to or this will make no sense.)

It took it a minute to register and then I proceeded to explain that, yeah I didn't really see the point to Twittering. I have Facebook and my blog site and that's enough for me.

I did however point out that one of my best friends is under the impression that we should begin twittering now before our kids do so that we can say we did it first and that this time (unlike Facebook and Myspace) they are copying us instead of the other way around, in fact maybe even stalking us.

My daughter leaned back in the rocking chair with a thoughtful expression on her face and went "twitter, twitter, twitter. There I twittered".

Well, I guess there is no point in twittering now, The Kid has already done it.
