Grades

Ok before we left for Belize, my freshman daughter had to take all of her semester finals one week early as we were going to be gone during finals.

Grades are now in.

I have to say that I am so proud of my kid. She worked really hard this semester and it has paid off. She has 9 classes. 8 A's and 1 B.

She thinks that the B may be a mistake but the teacher for that class "scares the crap" out of her so she wont go and discuss the grade. And really who cares, her GPA is a 3.88. That particular class is also only a quarter class so who cares.

Meanwhile, I am going to continue to brag that my kid has the greatest grades. She even got an A in English, something I never did. Must have gotten her smarts from her dad. Does that mean we can say that she got her looks from me?
