Father Valentine is the priest/cannon of the Anglican church, Christ The King, here in Belize. He is a really nice guy. He comes and hangs out with us most mornings at the Riverside Cafe where I get my fried jacks. However this morning he cooked us all breakfast at his house. Eggs, bacon, ham, bread, toast, fruit salad, juice, and coffee.
I told him the similarities about Rev making breakfast, shaped pancakes, and told him if he was ever in my neck of the woods that Rev would make him breakfast. Father Valentine said to bring Rev with me next year and the two of them could make breakfast together next year.
Im not sure Rev could handle the humidity but does anyone else wanta go?
